15 hours ago: Rebuild growth model: engine-inclusive steady-state serving costs + stale-fact sweep July actuals overstate steady state (throttle warm-up meant it barely touched the measured cohort; keyword/source engines only went live 07-18, first disables ~Jul 29). Serving costs now project measured unit economics (~$3-4.5/kw/mo pre-engine) to the post-engine state: Starter $7, Growth $30, Premium $85, Trial $22 - each cell carries method, range, and worst case. Trial keeps near-measured cost because engines/throttle can't warm up within a 7-day trial. Also updated README product internals and Global Assumptions margin/trial notes (old prices, 14-day trial, 2h refresh, uncapped FB). Cell notes now carry method + ranges + the Aug 1 /admin/cogs re-baseline.
